Craig, M.A., has been a youth minister by trade since 1990. He is
currently Executive Director of The Youth Room, Inc. He has a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Intercultural Communication from the University of
Minnesota and a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Studies/Youth Ministry from
the University of St. Thomas. Rick has supervised several youth
ministries, youth ministers and has conducted multiple retreats, leadership
trainings, service leadership experiences and educational programs in his almost
20 years of work with teens.

 Kate
Buri, B.A., is a youth minister with experience working with teens
throughout the metro area. She is currently Associate Director of The
Youth Room with responsibilities in parish and school retreats, speaking
engagements, and supplemental youth ministry events. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology
and a minor in Women's Studies from the University of St. Thomas. She has
worked with youth groups in both large and small churches in both catechetical
and leadership capacities.
